Hi Susan,
I see that you downloaded one of my images off the web and posted it on your site. Since you are an attorney, you know the legal rights to using someones image from the web as your own. Can you fix this issue. I will review this site again soon to see if you have taken the proper actions.
Thanks,
Ken Stanback

Hi Ken, I found the picture from a Google search, not your photography site, and I did not see a copyright attached. Regardless, I apologize for posting the picture without your consent. I am happy to remove the photo, or if you give me permission to use it, I am glad to give you credit and link to your website, or compensate you if necessary. Please advise.

Ken,
I was not aware of how to determine who created an image under Google Images. I reviewed your Usage Rights and Commercial Licensing Agreement. I do not see an option that will allow me to pay to use your image on my blog. I see options to purchase the image or reproduce it with an extended license. Please advise if there is a way for me to use the image on my blog, and if not, I will promptly remove it.
Thank you,
Susan
